Overall I like this medium. I use it with a laser rather small (Spectra), on a pole on the third hand generics. It works very well, but I have some things that I think could be improved.

First, it takes a certain type of microphone, height adjust. it could have a dial on the side that would move the laser up and down, while the area Magnet remains in place.

next screw that holds the laser is a little too long. It would be downstairs in my laser before it is tightened. I "fixed" bywith a few washers on the bolt between the bracket and the laser. Works ok, but now the laser is essentially balanced on a couple of small slices. I would have liked to see a shorter bolt, or a couple of bolts of different sizes come with it. I'll probably just cut the bolt off when I have time.
