I have a few of these around. They represent an essential update for saws home wireless. They cut really fast for a hand saw. The design of the tooth is greater. But I saw Japan pulls better. They have a very similar tooth design, but the reverse when they cut on the pull stroke. This allows them to have a thin blade so you spend less energy for the same amount of work. They cut faster than the Stanley. Check saws shark corp. I think you will findexceed a reasonable price. You can spend hundreds of dollars on a hand made Japanese saw, but you do not need.
